Warner Media wanted to understand what turned a fan of their shows into a super-fan. Initial interviews with academic experts allowed us to develop hypotheses around types of fan and their behaviours. 

These hypotheses were road-tested and refined in interactive workshops with 5-12 yr olds across 5 European Markets. 

We then used quantitative research to help Warner understand the size of their different audiences, and the steps needed to help convert kids into superfans.
