We worked with John Lewis specifically looking at the children’s wear clothing category and how the John Lewis offer compared and where it could potentially develop.  

We used a mixed methodology which included: Clothes diary, pre-tasks, paired workshops with kids and parents and kids workshops to help inform a new marketing campaign.


Our research helped give confidence in the new creative approach John Lewis was applying to marketing around their kids range, and led to a successful refresh of the category across the UK
